Shipping policy

Overview 

We want your order to arrive quickly and safely. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship at Icon Haircare & Beauty. 

Where We Ship 

We currently ship within New Zealand only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Please note: We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. Please ensure you provide a physical street address at checkout.  

Shipping Rates 

Flat Rate Shipping: $5.00 NZD on all orders. 

Free Shipping on all orders over $75.00 NZD. 

Order Processing 

We process and dispatch orders within 1 business day of receiving them. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. 

Please note: During peak periods (such as Christmas, sales events, or public holidays) processing times may be slightly longer. We'll always keep you informed if there are any delays. 

Delivery Timeframes 

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times within New Zealand are typically 2–5 business days, depending on your location. Rural addresses may take a little longer.  

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. 

Incorrect Address 

Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order. Icon Haircare & Beauty is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at info@iconhaircarebeauty.co.nz and we will do our best to update your address before dispatch. 

Lost or Damaged Parcels 

If your order arrives damaged or you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date at info@iconhaircarebeauty.co.nz. Please include your order number and a photo of any damage where applicable. 

We will work with you and the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. 

Order Cancellations & Changes 

Because we process orders quickly, we may not always be able to make changes after an order is placed. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@iconhaircarebeauty.co.nz if you need to cancel or modify your order.
