Promotions Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all promotional offers run byIcon Haircare & Beauty on iconhaircarebeauty.nz. By participating in any promotion or redeeming an offer, you agree to the following terms. 

Gift with Purchase Offers 

• Free gifts are automatically added to your cart when your order qualifies and the gift is in stock. The gift must appear in your cart to be included in your order, it cannot be added retrospectively. 
• To qualify, you must reach the stated minimum spend using full-price items only. Sale items, discounted products, gift packs, bundles, and previously reduced items do not count toward the minimum spend threshold. 
• One free gift per order, unless otherwise stated. This applies regardless of order value. 
• Gift with Purchase offers cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount code, or offer. 
• Where a specific free gift is unavailable, an alternative gift of equivalent value may be substituted. We will notify you of any substitution. 
• All Gift with Purchase offers are available while stocks last and may be withdrawn at any time without notice. 
• Free gifts are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a refund. If a qualifying order is returned, the free gift must also be returned. 

General Conditions 

• All promotions are valid for a limited time only. Start and end dates are displayed on the relevant promotion page. Offers cannot be redeemed outside of the specified period. 
• Promotions and discount codes cannot be applied to orders that have already been placed and processed. 
• Only one promotion or discount code can be applied per order, unless explicitly stated otherwise. 
• Icon Haircare & Beauty reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. 
• These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
